Any recommendations for a good company that offers reasonably priced membership surveys?

Membership surveys are always more expensive that you think they should be, however, I know Chamberlain Research does a good job.  I have actually been part of a focus group that they did for the banking industry.  I know Sharon Chamberlain and their work is very good.  The phone number is:  (608) 246-3010

Good luck and I hope your survey gives you a great deal of usable data!

Chamberlain Research has done surveys for WSAE and was wonderful to work with. Unfortunately, they closed their doors last fall. Perhaps Sharon has started something else since then? Here's an announcement about it from last fall.

We have used a company out of Fredonia, WI called Monalco Marketing. Their owner is William McGill, info can be found here: http://monalco.net/newsite/contact/

They did a member survey and a consumer survey (consumers of our members services) for us recently and their methodologies are solid. Very useful data we received in return. The consumer survey especially is an audience that is difficult to access and they were able to get to them. William has been a speaker for ASAE programs in the past so he has good association experience.
