Every time I facilitate a strategic planning workshop, RFR surfaces for discussion and it is always very interesting to see what associations have done at their own organizations since the book and author(s) first "hit the trail". I would love to hear from some WSAE members about their experiences with their own boards and how they have or have not changed things up. Any takers?
