I have received a very comprehensive proposal for a one and a half day strategic planning session that includes a lot of member contact before the actual face to face meeting and will deliver a strategic direction document and recommendations for staff and voluntary leaders to execute.
We haven't done something this extensive in many years so I'm not sure what the going rate is for this type of service.
Without telling me who you used, I would appreciate getting an idea of what you paid and what was included in the scope of services.
